One Day With Nepal Police
On the date 2019/5/30, we grade 9 students participated in public police partnership. This community works for keeping our society secure and peaceful. On this day some of the police officers took us to different places and provided us different informations about them, education for us and their responsibilities towards our nation.
We were taken for a short class about cyber crime. They told us some important things about cyber crime. Cyber crime are the criminal activities on the computer and internet. Nowadays, criminal are are everywhere. Even in the internet they are doing wrong things like hacking, spamming and even posting annoying videos. And as almost everyone nowadays have access to internet and social media we were instructed to be more aware from these kinds of activities. We were told not to be involved in these activities and also not kepping ourself safe from the hackers and criminals. We should not talk with strangers and also not accept their request. They also told us to be aware from sexting, sextorturing, blackmailing, phising and so on.
After this class we were taken to their control room. There we were shown some footages of accidents also. They showed us how they observe the accidents and criminal activities for investigations. And after a short while, we were taken to observe the police dogs and horses too. Seeing them was soo entertaining. There were different trained dogs and horses. They were classified into different groups like narcotic dogs, bomb dogs, tracker dogs and rescue dogs. They even showed us their skills. All of them were disciplined.
Lastly, this program was very motivational for all of us. Seeing our nations police forces work hardly was overwhelming and really inspirational. I hope these type of educations be shared to everyone.
Thank you!

Adhiko Manoram Nritya
Drama is a composition in verse or porse intended to portray life or character or to tell a story. It usually involves conflicts and emotions through action and dialogue and is typically designed for theatrical performance.
We grade 8,9 and 10 were taken to observe a drama named "Adhiko Manoram Nritya" on the date 2019/5/9. This drama gave us the education about us(teens). It showed us the things we go through in this stage. It was based on teens love stories, the bad cultures they are following, our society and bad company. It shows how teens engage in bad thing. They involve in those things not only because of themselves but also because of peer pressure. Even their closest friend ask them to do bad things like smoking, drinking, etc. Likewise, falling in love in thier early age and destroying their whole life. It also reflects how our society is truly like. An old man sexually harassing a girl with an age of her daughter, it is the worst. This drama shows how much we teens are addicted to mobiles and laptops without studying. Instead of involving in good thing we are getting involved into bad things. We are having fun now not knowing about how our future will be.
Lastly, this drama has a lot of thing to teach. It is a really heart touching drama. It is a drama everyone should watch. And even the acting was fabulous.

ISA Project No. 10

We were preparing it for the whole school including teaching staffs, non-teaching staafs, students. We had to make it for about 463 persons. So, on the very first day we discussed about it and divided our work in 4 groups. On the other day we collected money from everyone and went to buy ingredients needed for preparing momo in the local market of ganesthan. And from the left money we saved it for the orphan children. We were going to buy foods and clothes from that money.
All of us brought utensils which was required

And some weeks later after preparing momo we fixed the date for the donation. A little amount of money was left so we bought lactogen powder for the orphan children andour teacher Binu Mathema mam also helped us by buying caps and socks for the children. When we reached the orphanage with our teachers I felt bad for the children without their parents. But seeing them smile, laugh and play I felt very happy. And seeing them wear the caps we brought it made me feel so much happy. They were also happy I guess. Then we asked some queries and gave them the donations. Then we left the orghanage.
After that we again got a chance to prepare an international dish. This was also a part of our project. We searched for different international dish then we fixed to prepare Chole Bhatture which was the local food of India. It was similar to puri tarkari(nepali food). We went for shopping and brougt the utensils needed to prepare it. After fixing the date and all we started preparing it. Our teacher helped and instructed us to prepare this dish. All of us helped in every works. After it was fully prepared we distributed it to our teacher and we grade 8 students also ate it. It turned out to be very tasty. Like preparing momo it was also very fun.
Then our project started to end. So, at last we presented everyting we did on this project. We presented it in groups. There were 2 groups who presented it. In which I was also involved. After we presented it our teachers and friends gave us suggestions and feedbacks which would help us in the future. Then, our project ended successfully.

I would like to thank our teachers Deepak sir, Khem sir, Kamal sir, Aarati Mam for giving
is a chance to donate something we earned and preparing momo and Chole Bhatture. I would also like to thank my school for letting us organize these programs.Participating in this program was really fun. We got to know about different things. I hope we could again get this project in our coming future.

TOURπ
We grade 8 students were informed that we were going to visit Dhading on 2075/8/21 toV2075/8/23.That was the moment when we became really excited and some of us couldn't even sleep. We started making plans about our tour. About dress, hair, foods, bus seat, and all. We started arguing for the last seat of the bus. And it was fun. Everyone asked permission to their family but from 47 students 40 of them were going.

At first my family didn't let me go but i managed to get the permission. And finally after we waited for 5,6 days the trip day came. And it was like waiting for an year to me.I packed everthing i needed. Since it was cold i carried thick, warm clothes.I woke up at 6 and started to wear warm dresses. Then my mom made me food and i ate it and went to school. It was about 9:30 when i reached my school. Half of the sutdents had already arrived when i reached there. Then we clicked some photos there. After everyone arrived we started our journey at 11:15. Everyone was so excited to go there. Rajan sir, murari sir, bijay sir and sarita mam joined us.We danced on the bus and had fun. Our teachers provided us lunch (samosa) on the way to dhading and it was very tasty.

We were singing and dancing till we reached there. And finally on about 3:15 we reached there. All our tiredness was gone when we saw the beautiful scene of dhading and the place where we were staying. All of us were shouting and we were so excited to see the tent where we were going to sleep. Then one person instructed us about the resort and they served us breakfast. After having our breakfast we went to the beach and played sand, water and clicked some photos. It was so fun playing sand that we felt as if we were small childrens again. After playing we went to a long suspension bridge. Some of my friends were really scared while they were on the bridge. The view from the bridge was really thrilling. The sound of the trishuli river was too good. It made my mind really peaceful. It was really fun walking with friends clicking photos and having fun. While we were returning there was a marathon for boys and girls. But I didn't take part in it. While we were returning it was already dark. we reached the resort and played the music and stared dancing. All of us danced like crazy. After a while our teachers called us for dinner. We had to pick our food ourselves. The food was good. After we ate we again started dancing. It was really a good memory dancing with friends and teachers. And it was the time for BBQ. All of us gathered around the fire and started our silly chats. The BBQ turned out to be so tasty that I ate a lot of it. After eating Murari sir was telling some of the ghost stories but I went to sleep because I was so tired after dancing. My friends went to experience ghost but I didn't go. Only 3 people were allowed to stay in one tent so my sleeping partners were Salina and Resha. We tried to prank some of our friends by calling them but they found out that we were calling. So,our prank failed. Then we started our silly talks again. It was my first time sleeping in a tent but it went really bad. It was so cold that I couldn't sleep for an hour.

The next day I woke up at 4 o' clock. Me and my friends were so hungry. We were searching for food but our breakfast time was 7 o'clock. So, we waited till then. Finally it was 7 we were called to have breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good. After having breakfast some of my friends were playing badminton, clicking photos and some were gathering aroung the fire. When it was 8 o' clock we started our hike to chepang village. The hike was so much tiring. Climbing the krishna bhir was so much tiring. There we clicked some group photos and we returned to the resort. Then we had our dinner. After having dinner we went to the riverside and again played with sand and water. We wrote our names on the sand.Boys were playing volleyball and race. And girls were busy making sand castles and piling stones.
And it was the time to return our home the saddest part. I wished i could stay there for one more day. But we had to return. While we were returning almost everyone was sleeping in the bus even i slept. I reached home on about 7:15pm. I would like to thank my teachers for taking us to this beautiful place. Those who didn't go there lost a great chance to be happy and enjoy with friends.

TEEJπ
Teej is the main festival celebrated by Nepali and some Indian girls and women. It is mostly celebrated by Hindu girls and women. It usually falls on the month of August or September. Teej welcomes the monsoon season. It is celebrated by singing songs, dancing, praying rituals, etc.
In this festival lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are worshipped. Married women take fast for their husband to have a good, long life and unmarried girls take fast to have a husband like lord shiva. The first day of Teej is called Dar Khane Din. On this day the women assemble at one place in their finest attire and start dancing and singing devotional songs. Amidst all this, the grand feast takes place. What is unusual about this day is that the feast is hosted by men. Women, who work hard throughout the year, do not have to do anything that day. That is the day for them to embellish themselves in sorha singaar — dressing up and using make up to the full extent, indulge in good food, and dance. Oftentimes, because women are invited by multiple brothers for the feast, they try to dance off some food before they are ready to eat more. The food served is supposed to be rich and abundant.
So, every women should celebrate teej.

Janai Purnima
I am Ojashwi Rai. I study in class 8

Janai Purnima is a sacred thread festival. On this day, Hindu men, especially the Brahmins and Chettris perform their annual change of Janai and all who celebrates this festival put a sacred thread around their wrist.
Janai is a cotton string worn across the chest by Hindu male. This thread is only given to males during a long and inpressive religious ceremony called Bratabandhan. The Janai initiates the boy into manhood and commands them to devotedly follow the religion and the path of truth. The Janai must be worn every day of their lives after they listen their mantra from the guru during the Bartabandha. Janai is regarded as symbol of body, speech and mind, and when the knots are tied the person wearing it is supposed to gain complete control over each of them.
In this day we also eat kwati. As a belief that all our sickness will go away.
